FRPropreté a la perfection. Chaque chambre a sa SDB et wc , spacieuse et tout est neuf et en parfait état du sol au plafond tout comme les meubles et la cuisine
La procédure pour valider l'entrée est un peu compliquée , il faut identifier tous les participants et photographier les pièces d'identité avec un numéro de réservation ... J'ai malencontreusement confondu ce numéro avec le code d'accès pour la boîte à clés. Jusque là c'est gérable et le service de conciergerie m'a donné le code à 4 chiffres. Il faut trouver la boîte à clés pendue à une grille qui est située dans l'entresol et si vous mesurez moins de 1m80 , ça va être très difficile de faire le code car les chiffres sont alors difficile à voir. Ce point exige vraiment une amélioration

No instruction manual : where to put rubbish ? There weren’t enough towels upon arrival. Had to wait till next afternoon No drying rack Nospare linen for long stay had to request No kettle/toaster Kitchen implements minimal No pot to cook pasta for 4 or a salad bowl The washing machine didn’t work upon arrival because it had been unplugged in an obscure place behind the kickboard . Several texts before doneone was finally sent out . Dishwasher filled with wrong soap so it bubbled everywhere Constant communication with host was only by text and very very slow to reply, often not referring to the questions you have asked . Rather questions were simply ‘were we having a good stay?’
