De locatie was top: midden in het centrum aan een leuk plein en ook goed te bereiken met de auto. Een aparte, koele en stille slaapkamer is fijn en het zwembad bovenop het appartementencomplex met prachtig uitzicht ook. Er staan stoelen in de kast om mee naar boven te nemen zodat je daar kan zitten.

Alles is aanwezig, maar het appartement kan echt wat liefde gebruiken. Er zijn veel gebruikssporen en zaken die een opknapbeurt kunnen gebruiken.

Everything! The interiors were lovely, it was spacious and had everything you’d need for a home away from home. The location was amazing and within a busy area but this could not be heard from inside the apartment. Staff were pleasant and very responsive and we moved on to a 3 day stay in Malaga after and there is no comparison. The value for money here is amazing and we would definitely recommend and return.

There was nothing we didn’t like about this property. The pool on the roof felt like Antarctica but it was perfect for cooling off in the scorching heat!

Por poner algún pero, la piscina es algo pequeña para todo el edificio pero se agradece muchísimo igual, ttener un lugar donde refrescarse en la peores horas de sol en Granada

Great location beside the old town Modern, bright and airy apartment Extremely helpful staff, as we arrived during the blackout in Spain! The staff were extremely efficient in getting to us considering there was no way of contacting us via phone or e- mail. There was a problem with our boiler and again the staff dealt with this brilliantly

Nice apartment, good location. Many restaurants in the area. Easy communication with office. When something was missing, it was brought immediately. Friendly staff. Office 10 minutes walk, easy to leave luggage when needed. Beautiful view from the roof. Can recommend this apartment.

When making the reservation with Booking.com a picture suggested that the apartments of this location where situated in the front of the building with window on the square (plaza Trinidad). See picture. In the description no mention was made that this particular apartment was located on the side of the building with the window on a small street. We found that disapointing.

The location of this property is excellent and close to all the sites and on a beautiful plaza with large trees. The apartment is very nice, quiet and nicely decorated. Felt like a livable apartment, as it was spacious and had a full kitchen space. Bed was comfortable and bathroom/shower good. They were able to let us into the room early by an hour or so, so that worked perfectly with our arrival time.

Communication was very confusing with property company/host that runs this apartment. We were given information that was either outdated and/or incorrect. Before arriving we reached out to host about arriving by car and asked about directions and other things to know about our arrival. Host minimally answered only some of our questions, so we were already a bit confused arriving with the car. Upon arrival we were sent a code to get in, but it was incorrect. Had to message back and forth to get the correct code. Once in the apartment ,we were sent an incorrect code for the WIFI. Again had to communicate to host about this and went back and forth with messaging. Not an easy check-in and the frustrations were building. Although the apartment is nice itself, it had minimal supplies. Example: We were left 2 coffee pods for a 3 nights stay for 2 people and there was not much of anything else. No printed instructions or information was left about the apartment and/or sites etc. We don't expect everything, but with minimal communication, inaccurate information, and no added touches to feel welcome, it colored our first impressions on this stay. As well, they offered a discounted rate on parking and we had to go to their office to purchase. We went there, but no answer at the door. Had to call again and was told they are at a different location than the address we were previously given. The woman we met was very nice, but again we had outdated information. Maybe it was an off occurrence, but this was our experience. I think because this seemed like it is run by a large organization, something personal is lost. There are a lot of places to stay and choose from, so it would be wise for this company/host to have some personal help with these properties (all 100 of them!). Hire a live person to meet and greet and/or at least make some effort to make it very easy, clear and comfortable for guests to do self check-ins. (more coffee pods to start!).

Excellent apartment, well fitted out, great location, spacious. Would stay again.
