Удобное расположение. Большой рынок прямо под окнами. Если открыть окна, пахнет ароматными специями. Свежий ремонт, очень приятный интерьер. Иногда непросто найти выключатель света (подсветка рабочих поверхностей кухни и зеркала в прихожей). Интересно!

Недостатки не повлияли на очень хорошее впечатление: - ночью было шумно с открытыми окнами, - не хватало сушилки для белья в помещение. Особенно когда на улице очень ветренно или идет дождь. Но в квартире есть кондиционер, и он решает вопросы комфортной температуры и осушает воздух.
