FLORIT FLATS - The Apolo Suite

Very good contact with the agency, warm welcome and overall service. The apartment is modern, very new and at the heart of the city center, very close to the train station and important monuments.

Most important: Very noisy at night, it seemed as if the window would have been open which was not the case. I had problems to sleep even with ear plugs. Looks clean however after 2 days spent in the apartment I discovered that the sole of my home slippers was black from the apparently dirty floor. The window between the two rooms causes that if one wants to sleep and the other to read the light from the one room comes through to the other. The front door is old and the closing system not in the best conditions. We were asked to throw away the rubbish ourselves, uncomfortable leaving with suitcases and considering that the containers turned out to be in another street. In other apartments the cleaning staff was taking care of this directly or there was a container directly in front of the house door.

The location was excellent. We were very happy with the apartment.

Very central Nice place Clean

The location could not have been any better. The metro stops at the end of the very busy shopping rd.

The view is very dull from the patio and it could do with brightening up. To make it more appealing.

Everything was perfect

The apartment was in an excellent location for Colon metro, in the centre of a bustling shopping area with excellent restaurants and Tapas bars in surrounding streets. There is a large supermarket to the rear of the building for essential supplies if required. We were fortunate to start our visit on the last day of the Fallles festival very busy and entertaining.

We were completely happy with our visit and were disappointed with no aspect of the apartment or surrounding area.
