I felt right at home. The staff were phenomenal, and I will definitely be coming back to this place. The location is excellent, just a 2 minute walk from the sea and the main promenade.

They have tried to charge us for damages after we submitted a complaint about false advertising. The apartment in the photos was not the same as the one we were in. There was nobody there to ask about missing bedding. They said that other people were in the apartment and when i asked for proof from camera they would not send them. Which means that someone was in the apartment whilst we were out and could have stolen our property. It is not secure and i believe is a con to try to get money from people by making false damage reports. They sent photo of damage then when i said was not the apartment that we were they deleted the photos. They did not ask for any ID but said we had booked the apartment for 4 men? So how do they know how many people or their gender if they have no ID? And there was no girl working there only 1 man upstairs who gave us the code for the door. Surely Booking.com has to verify these places?

La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro y relativamente cerca de la estación de autobuses y al lado de supermercados. La trata por parte del personal fue excelente, y la intimidad que ofrece la habitación es uno de los mejores puntos a favor.

A pesar de la absoluta limpieza con la que se nos hizo entrega de la habitación, hubiésemos agredecido la disponibilidad de equipo de limpieza, que tuvimos que comprar nosotros, como son bolsas de basura, escoba, fregona o matainsectos, ya que nos las tuvimos que arreglar con alguna que otra cucaracha.
