"I didn’t stay they didn’t let me in beside hotel was empty"

They didn’t let me go in the hostel add to that the don’t have any name of hotel on the door outside then I went to the police and complained then police called them by telephone the answer okay okey we will give him his money then I went to take my money back they refused then I made complain in ur website but no one of u contact me They are top liers and theirs I show them the conformation number and bin the said but why booking didn’t show room number

The are top theirs and liers They took money by online and didn’t let me in I spent on taxis to complain to police more than 25 euro add to that by online 46 euro
