It is located between Bhukara Train Station & Bhukara's Old Town. Breakfast if good and prepared well by host. Customer service of owners (family ran business) is excellent. The bed and pillows are good quality. The facilities are brand new and clean. Flexible check in time.
A table so it is easier to use my laptop when working in the room.

Nice, modern hotel led by a local family. Super friendly, helpful and flexible host. You can easily communicate in English, which is not a standard in Uzbekistan. Everything in the hotel is new and clean. Breakfast was really tasty and plentiful. Very comfortable stay.
Hotel is next to the big street, so it's not the most charming sorroudings. But it makes it easy to get to the airport and railway station, so if you're planning to came to Buchara late or leave early in the morning, this would actually be an advantage.
