Bella Vista Apartment in the city center by BiNoBi!

Unfortunately, it was the worst experience I've had on Booking.com. Normally, I should have sued both the host and Booking.com. When I arrived at the location, unfortunately, I found a strong smell of disinfectant, the air was unbreathable. I tried to ventilate, I left all the windows open and left. I came back after 3-4 hours and found that the situation was the same, it was impossible to stay in the apartment. Moreover, the refrigerator was unusable, due to a strong smell of wine. I left the apartment in the middle of the night, I basically paid without being able to use the apartment. Unfortunately, the owner of the apartment did not want to refund my money even though I took all the steps: I reported the situation while I was there, I wrote to him and Booking.com immediately afterwards. The biggest surprise was that Booking.com, although they understood the situation very well, explained to me that they could not refund my money because the owner refused to do so! It seems absolutely incredible to me that my money was not refunded even though I could not benefit from this apartment. We fully understand how frustrating such a situation can be, but unfortunately without a written confirmation from the property we cannot process with a refund. In conclusion I advise you to avoid this location, the owner is absolutely unprofessional. Avoid staying here!

It's a good location for visiting nearby historical sites. And a clean nice apartment. The terrace was big and it was a nice place for breakfast and evening tea. It had new appliances and had a spacious fridge and freezer.

There should have been more amenities in the kitchen and I lacked an ac in the living room. Maybe there should have been shades for the sun on the terrace.

I liked the apartment and the location!

The wifi, me and my partner both work remotely so wifi is essential for us, my partner is a teacher and she missed a couple classes due to not having wifi connection. We spoke with the owner she wasn't able to provide us with any solution!

The location was very good and the balcony is very nicely done.

Terrible internet for the whole duration of my stay, hot water in the shower was a problem if you needed it for more than 5 minutes and the ''host'' could as well be an AI chat box.

Nice location, nice building, connect with the host (responsive and helpful).
