"Will not use again. Mattress torn and tired, mould in shower and tiles lifting throughout."

Location was ideal

Suite was a total misrepresentation of the website photos. Floors tiles lifting in rooms. No bedding available on arrival. MATTRESS WASOLD DIRTY,WORN, TORN IN PARTS. Had to sleep on towels. Dining table covered in burn marks. Shower room had mould around shower tray. It must be made clear this is not suitable for older people, disabled people or those who may have to carry babies. Nearly 70 steps to climb to the room. Keys not marked for which door is used for which of the three doors to get in. Builders work in upstairs room going on starting at 07.00am some mornings! I could go on ……..

Gute Lage, schön eingerichtet. Wir wurden durch den Vermieter sehr gut informiert.

Man darf nicht empfindlich gegenüber Lärm, Tauben und Treppen sein. Man kann das Haus nicht mit dem Auto direkt erreichen, weil die Straße aus Treppen besteht. Das Haus hat keinen Aufzug und die Straße ist bei Tauben beliebt.

"Good Location, Big Rooms, Stairs Only - No Lifts. Pedestrian access only quite street."

-Location. -WiFi -Air conditioning.

-It's like AirB&B no one on the site to communicate, Property Agent reasonably good to answering back via booking.com message services, But it Can take Couple of hrs. - It's on 4th Floor of the Building. Only Stairs. Be-prepare to Climb 50+steps. :) For older people definitely difficult. -Street has no access via Car so even taking luggage in & Out can be issue if you are travelling heavy.

"DO NOT RENT THIS APARTMENT"

The location was fantastic

The staff was grossly incompetent. The whole preregistration was annoying and they require a €300 deposit for a 2 night stay. I was falling apart to begin with so do not understand what the deposit was for. They kept us waiting for over an hour to check in, a job that could have been performed better with a lock box. The price is highly inflated and not a bottle of water or shampoo in the place.
