"Pésimo servicio"

Al final no respetaron la reserva qué hice, al momento de mi llegada llame para hacer el check in y me salieron que ya no estaba disponible el Airbnb qué ya estaba ocupado, tal es el caso que el personal reciben las reservas sin verificar no se comunican con uno el trato pésimo!
