Location, nice staff, great breakfast in the restaurant.

Elevators dirty. Windows dirty in lobby and restaurant. bed frame broken and torn, badly stained toilet seat that was set not to stay up. Had to hold it up when using the toilet. Very few rods to hang towels in the bathroom. Handicapped bathroom did not have hand held shower wand. The water supply hose to the wand was placed so that it rested on your neck or head. No reading lamp by either chair. No desk. Overall a poorly designed and poorly maintained and not a very clean room (605).

The room was perfect size, it was just a single over night stay and it was very comfortable and perfect location, right next to the lake and perfect walking distance for things in the area.

Maybe there could have been fire pits out in the back area near the chairs for relaxing next to the lake.

The view is amazing and I came for a race that started at the welcome center next door. Ultimately convenient! Very friendly helpful staff.

Amenities were misrepresented, pool was blah, small, did not see anybody use it, including ourselves. Beds were very short, I’m 64 inches and my feet touch the bottom.

The restraunt served great food ,the staff were very friendly and The room was clean.

We were put in a room next to an elevator, very noisy, all you can hear is the elevator all night. The room we were put in was supposed to be Lakeview, which we paid extra for and you basically saw the roof top corners and all the dead bugs in the window screens. It had not been used in a long time because when we turned on the sink, the water that came out was rust color. Due to the noise and being unable to sleep, we checked out around midnight .
