Location is great

It was dirty, pool was brown, another couple came down to say a dirty tampon was found under the desk in their room.

Area was berautiful

No Heat in hall way, No heat in work out room indoor pool was closed

Subject: Disappointment with Room Arrangements and Service Dear Booking.com Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Lakefront Hotel, which was booked through your platform. Before my arrival, I communicated directly with the hotel and requested a room with a lake view, a jacuzzi bathroom, and room decorations for my spouse's birthday. In response, I received the following message from you: "We're happy to let you know that the property has confirmed they can arrange this for you. There will be no extra charge for this request." Based on this information, I decided to go ahead with my booking at the Lakefront Hotel, trusting that my requests would be fulfilled. However, upon check-in, none of these requests were honored. When I inquired about the situation at the hotel, I was told that the message I received from Booking.com was automatically generated and that the hotel works with a different system. The hotel staff explained that they do not offer birthday room decorations and that all jacuzzi rooms were sold out, which directly contradicted the information I was given. As a result of this miscommunication and unmet expectations, I had no choice but to search for and book another hotel on the same day, which was both frustrating and inconvenient. I hope you will investigate this matter, as the discrepancy between the communication I received from you and the actual service provided by the hotel was highly disappointing. The location was perfect. The evening check in staff was terrific. The bartender was extremely friendly. The bed was very comfortable. Nice size room

The staff when checking out was very unfriendly and did not seem to understand your system, she had to start over multiple times. The breakfast was only so so. Bread is toasted on one side only and delivered cold. The pillows were much too firm for my liking. Not enough large towels in the bathroom.
