La Sirena Playa C

The view and the terrace are really great, exactly as shown in the pictures. We spent every evening on the terrace and enjoyed the view and the sounds coming from the ocean and Loro Parque. The apartment has excellent sound-proofing which blocks even loud noises effectively (though the neighbourhood is typically peaceful and quiet). The host, Pedro, was very helpful and answered all of our questions in a timely manner and called taxis for us whenever we needed them. It was possible to swim at the nearest beach (which is right next to the apartment), but the ocean had quite strong waves throughout our whole stay. Further away, Lago Martiánez on the other hand offered very comfortable swimming. There are several restaurants nearby. We recommend visiting Brunelli's if you're looking for a fine-dining experience and great food. Finally, Loro Parque is very close and most definitely one should visit it. They have amazing sea lion, orca and dolphin shows.

There wasn't any shampoo or soap. Luckily we had brought them with us so it wasn't a huge problem. Another pair of towels per person would make the stay more comfortable.

We have stayed here for 6 nights, and every day we have enjoyed the view of our terrace, looking out over Playa Jardin beach and the beach volleyball players. The waves coming on shore were a continuous spectacle. The apartment has all the amenities that you require and was very clean. Communication with the owner via WhatsApp was easy and owners was very responsive to solve a small issue. Big benefit was its proximity to Loro Parque (approx 200m) and several small restaurants nearby. Walking to Puetro de la Cruz center takes about 30minutes, and is a nice walk.

You cannot reach the front door of the house by car; the road has a dead end and you cannot turn the car in the street. We were able to park every day in Punta Brava neighborhood from 30m to 200m distance of the apartment, but parking is a bit of a challenge – a small car is definitely a benefit.

This apartment is truly a dream, easy to locate given the appearance from the outside. It's modern decorated and close to everything, beach, shops, bar, cafes, restaurants and a 6 minute walk to Loro Parque. The view is absolutely amazing and in January the sunshine was on the balcony from 9am til 2pm. Evening views of the lights in Puerto de la Cruz were beautiful to see too.
