The hotel is in a very good location close to the centre & mini metro station. The rooms are kept clean & provides fresh towels on daily basis. Room Aircondotioned & had a really cute balcony. Staff very friendly & helpful.

The staff were extremely helpful, the room had everything we needed, was very clean and the location was perfect as only a short walk up to the centro of Perugia. Also a short walk from the Saba parking that we used.

Lovely … location was excellent to visit Perugia. Our room had a patio where 5 of us had snacks and drinks. The front desk let us borrow glasses and plates for our room. The staff was kind and knowledgeable. A cornetto & cappuccino for 4€ in the morning can’t be beat.

"Clean, convenient and quiet."

This boutique hotel is located within easy walking distance of the mini-metro and is right around the corner from the heart of Perugia. The perfect location to explore this wonderful city. It was quiet and comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming and helpful.

As there is no lift, I would advise travellers with lots of luggage to be prepared to carry them up several flights of stairs. We were on the 3rd floor, but as we only travel with carry-on it was okay.
