GRIt was very clean and warm all the day and the owner was polite and helpful.The train station also is near so you can go easily in Vienna.
It is a little bit far to go to the center without vehicle but you can take taxi(bolt) the prices is affordable or you can take buses.

RO+ we were able to check in earlier, although we arrived in the morning about 10 AM + the host was very kind and we were able to communicate + close to the city center (less than 30 minutes walk) and very close to the train station + private parking in the courtyard + spotlessly clean room and bathroom + the whole place felt very new + the room was very warm (we have been here in winter) + the kitchen is very well equipped with an induction hob, coffee maker (coffee also provided), electric kettle, microwave oven and everything you would need
- I would have preferred a curtain to the bathtub
