Modern 3BR Apartment with Balcony - Close to Limestone Heritage Park

Ci è piaciuto molto l'ordine, la pulizia , gli optional (che erano davvero tanti, e compresi nel prezzo) una casa davvero squisita e fatta bene, curata anche nei minimi dettagli. Tutto alla perfezione! È stato come sentirsi a casa. Personale attento e cortese , e sempre pronto a rispondere in poco tempo ad ogni minima domanda . 5 stelle sono poche!

La taille du logement pour le prix, les installations disponibles ainsi que les balcons et le personnel qui répond quasiment instantanément.

Initially WIFI password was not working but Host resolved very quickly and made some follow ups regarding our stay and about the accommodation. Also provided all the necessary things including Kitchen things, towels etc.

Water force was bit slow this might be the issue in all the properties across Malta not only this property.

L’appartement était très agréable, offrant tout le confort nécessaire dans un secteur calme et paisible. Avec un arrêt de bus à cinq minutes et une boulangerie ainsi qu’une épicerie juste en face, quelques très bons restaurants au alentours, la localisation est aussi pratique que reposante. Nous avons passé 10 jours très agréables, profitant pleinement du cadre et du logement. La communication avec l’hôte était fluide, agréable et bienveillante, ce qui a fortement contribué à la qualité du séjour. Même si l’appartement est un peu éloigné du centre, cela nous a permis de découvrir un autre aspect de Malte et d’explorer de magnifiques paysages. Le seul bémol, totalement indépendant de l’établissement, concerne les transports en commun : sans voiture, il faut prévoir plus de temps pour les déplacements. En résumé, ce séjour fut très satisfaisant et nous recommandons vivement ce logement à tous ceux qui souhaitent séjourner dans un endroit confortable et serein, tout en découvrant Malte autrement.

Nice, spacious apartment, clean, with all the amenities listed in the description. The landlord was very helpful, and replied immediately.

We suggest the owner to get a new shower head to the bathroom. 😊

The property was clean and good layout for the number it could sleep.

The shower heads were broken and although the host did check in with us regularly at the beginning no repairs were done and the we were told it was a water pressure issue

I loved the location. Siggiewi was chosen by us because we had seen most of the "touristy" things before and wanted to be more "out of the way" this time. It is pretty close to the airport and fairly central. We took this trip in January so it was the offseason, so take this was a grain of salt but it wasn't busy or really any tourist there, only locals. There is a lovely bakery right across the road which has amazing baked goods and is swarmed by locals in the evening around 5pm. I definitely recommend picking up bread or desserts there. While it is true there is no parking (Double yellow in front of the building and garages on the first floor owned by others), i was always able to park easily within a block or two of the house. Again, take this with a grain of salt as it was the off season. I believe the place could easily have 5 people. Two bedrooms have queen beds and 1 has a single bed. For the price, even looking at the summer rates, with 5 people it would be worth it, especially if you want to avoid the crowds in summer at tourist hot spots. That being said its not really a place to stay if you want to easily visit the beach and cabs do take a bit longer to get since they have to drive to you instead of constantly having cabs available like other towns do. Definitely appreciated the lift for luggage, although its very small and i wouldn't recommend anything other than luggage and groceries to be used in it, its not really meant for people much. Ive rented places in malta multiple times and this was the first time it was through a rental agency that rented properties on behalf of private owners. Historically it was always through private owners on rental sites. I'm more used to doing it through a rental agency back in the states so it was interesting to see the option. While it lost the charm of meeting the personal owner, it gave the benefits of near 24/7 help and easy access to someone if you had issues.

Only real downside was that the windows were not sound proofed or double paned, so the noise from the street and construction was easily heard. Luckily there isn't a ton of street traffic, but it would have been nice to block out more noise.

Superb accommodation! Everything was great! The apartment is super spacious and the finishes are of a high quality.

It was self catering, so the first question doesn't apply. The location was good, although being close to the main square was more important than being near the Limestone Heritage Park.

The shower is not great and the children who live upstairs were a bit noisy .
