De Padma Gili Air

De Padma is exactly like you see in the photos: amazing swimming pool, super comfortable bed, everything extremely clean. Plenty of choice for breakfast and good portions. The staff is extremely friendly and they always try to help.

They have a lot of different wi-fi that should work at different points of the hotel, but none of them work properly.

Booked at the last minute though I was a bit worried since there were a few bad reviews. Those reviews in my opinion were likely from those who had a grudge against the place as my week stay was a wonderful experience. The staff goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are very large, with great AC, good hot water pressure, and a large pool. The breakfast was made to order and had several different options to choose from.

There was a little bit of mold on the top of the shower ceiling but nothing that a quick wipe down wouldn't correct.

Clean, modern, silent, lightened rooms, clean pool (perfect to chill). Enough space in the rooms and possibilities to put the stuff somewhere. 2min walk to sunset point. 15min to the center. If you wanna socialize the Bedagan hostel is close so you can join them. Simple but good breakfast with fresh juice.

I think the question is rather what you could not like about this accommodation. From absolutely clean rooms, which are cleaned down to the last detail, to absolutely friendly staff and a good homemade breakfast, you get everything you could want here. The location is very quiet and ideal for relaxing. I would have loved to stay here longer. Above all, thanks to the warmth of the guys who made this such a great stay.

The path from the beach is only sparsely lit, but can also be managed alone with a little courage and preferably by bike. The locals are very friendly and there is no need to be afraid.

We loved de padma! The room was very comfortable and clean. The pool was great- really well designed and good for swimming. The staff were super friendly too; we felt very relaxed here.

The wifi was a bit hit and miss at times but this is probably expected on a small island!

It's probably one of the best in this pricerange on Gilli Air. Danny and his crew are looking after you. Good breakfast included. Thanks.
