Close to the beaches and train station. Perfect for exploring Rome.

Ummmm…everything was pretty awesome.

Well appointed, well equipped, well lit, easy access, helpful host.

Nothing to dislike, only the location was not central, so quite a walk to the beach.

Tidy room with a small balcony and a nice bathroom. Common area (kitchen) with three other rooms - coffee machine, fridge, and snacks for breakfast. Close to the train station that you can take to get to Rome. They always have a restaurant (bistro) on a ground floor which serves amazing food. Extremely friendly stuff, they were very flexible with our late check in.

I wish they included some sort of “how to” recycle trash leaflet. We do it differently in my country, and also I didn’t quite understand labels on trash cans.

Excellent B&B, very friendly hosts. There is a nice family restaurant in the same building.

The room was exceptionally clean, larger than I expected and with balcony. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Host was very reactive and kind. The restaurant downstairs is exceptional!

Our room was located along the hallway which is also the kitchen area where they stock up with "breakfast food" - don't expect anything cooked. The walls/doors are not at all sound proof. One morning we heard one of our "apartment mates" make a lot of noise during their breakfast - it was as if they were in the room with us. The next morning we heard a full screaming match from the upstairs neighbors between a mother and her son, for nearly an hour. There were some technical electrical issues the morning of our departure, but I shall not complain as the host was extremely responsive and responsible.

Spotlessly clean rooms with a small balcony. Helpful owner who was easily contactable. Would definitely return again.
