Phòng thùydơ, Nhân viên phục vụ khách tới cũng không ai ra tiếp lấy hành lý, Không quan tâm gì tới khách, đặt 3 phòng máy lạnh cứ hư hoài đổi tới đổi lui hoài,ga giường thùy dơ , có kiến , tủ lạnh gì không lạnh máy lạnh cũng không lạnh, biết hôm nay có khách ở, trước khi cho khách không có vô kiểm phòng gì hết, khách lại ở rồi có vấn đề cứ kêu khách đổi tới đổi lui luôn, dờitới dời lui hết phòng này hư tới phòng nọ hư, đồ ăn sáng thì nguội lạnh
