Pokój był sporych rozmiarów, był czysty i w dobrej cenie, a dodatkowo parking był bezpłatny.

W pokoju robiło się bardzo duszno. Budynek znajduje się też przy ruchliwej ulicy, więc z zewnątrz dobiegało sporo hałasu. Łazienka w pokoju była również ciasna i niekomfortowa - prysznic znajdował się pod skosem.

Gražūs, tvarkingi apartamentai, patogus patekimas, vieta parkavimui.

Kvapas iš tualeto kanalizacijos, Gaila kad nėra kondicionieriaus - apartamentai prie gatvės, nemažas triukšmas, o langų uždaryti negalima dėl oro trūkumo.

Labai patogūs bei jaukūs apartamentai. Virtuvėje buvo galima rasti visko ko reikėjo maisto gaminimui.

Iš vonios kambario buvo nemalonus kvapas nuo pačios kanalizacijos.
