"Stylish, spacious, city center"

Perfect location walking distance to absolutely everything. On a quiet side street, so not too noisy. Nice decor and plenty of space. Bed was super comfortable. Clean and tidy with nice linens and towels. Price was very reasonable for the size and quality. Would stay here again.

The apartment is in an office building lobby floor and many workers are very loud coming in early morning, but it is very quiet at night. Noise from construction upstairs and in the lobby. Presumably this will not last too long. There was no shampoo or soap, not sure if this was an oversight but this should be provided when you are staying for just two nights.

"Convenient location very close to Piazza de Ferrari"

Convenient location. During hot summer when I visit I was able to make multiple breaks back in the apartment to recharge. Great air-conditioning, and lots of information and recommendations for visitors.

"Fantastic location in tastefully set up apartment"

The location is brilliant, within walkable distance to everything. The keyless access to both the building and the apartment is very convenient. There is a good supermarket nearby(Coop) and a laundromat close by. The apartment is well set up and ideal for 1 or 2 people. It is dark as little natural light gets in but this means it is cool. All communication with Lavinia was excellent.

"In the old city's heart"

The location is perfect: in the historic centre, 3 minutes walking from piazza de Ferrari and other monuments, such as galleria Mazzini, teatro carlo, saint Lorenzo cathedral By bus takes 10 minutes to get the central train stations. Lavinia was available all the time. The apartment is very spacious, clean , convenient and safe. The WIFI was great. I arrived before the check in time, and it was possible to get in.
