I hope the manager or housekeeping team takes action to improve the cleanliness and maintenance of this place. Supposed check-in time was 3:00 p.m.—even though I checked in late, the room still hadn’t been cleaned properly. I even asked the staff if it had been cleaned, and they said it should have been. But then I encountered hair and stains on the bed, and spider webs on the wall, which clearly showed the room hasn’t been cleaned regularly. The aircon was leaking, there was no TV remote, no electric kettle, no hairdryer, no hanger, no closet, and no iron. A steam iron was provided, but there were no clear instructions on how to use it. Overall, not a good experience for me, and this will likely be my last booking with Pinstay or Cairo. I do appreciate the effort the staff made to make my stay comfortable, and I understand the cleanliness and room condition are beyond their control. I truly hope the manager takes all this feedback seriously and works on improving the property.

Overall, the property is fine, and a parking lot is provided. However, I need to highlight a few issues. While missing one item in the room is acceptable, I initially noticed that there was no kettle or towel. More recently, after showering, I realized there was no hairdryer either. The room service definitely needs improvement—at the very least, they should check thoroughly after cleaning the room. Additionally, the sofa cushions are old and torn, with visible holes. I suggest replacing or repairing them.

I like the design with two rooms, especially since each room has an attached toilet. However, the cleanliness of the sink and toilet needs improvement.
