Central location, cleanliness, quietness

In 2nd bedroom, the mattress is too low & soft, so when you want to sit down, the frame hits your leg! In the main bathroom, there isn't any hand towel hanger, and the mirror is too small, and it is positioned at an unusuallu VERY high level! There is no even one saucepan in the kitchen to boil eggs or cook pasta!
