Furniture was covered in dust, cockroaches walking around the house, dirty fridge and huge problem with parking

Nothing.

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. EXTREMELY DIRTY AND NEGLECTED APARTMENT, WITH PIGEONS ON THE TERRACE AND THEIR NOISE. AND INSECTS EVERYWHERE IN THE APARTMENT. I could not touch anything with my bare hands.
