Balcón de la Cala

The apartment was clean, modern, and right next to the beach and promenade. The old Town, with all its beautiful white houses ,restaurants and bars was just a 5 minutes walk away, as was the Mercadona supermarket. There was a great view from the balcony. The apartment had everything we could possibly need, including iron, hairdryer, washing machine, microwave, Kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, full size fridge freezer, drying rack, cleaning products and equipment, and even beach chairs and parasol. It is a residential apartment block, on top of a walk in hospital, but there is no noise at all from there, or from the rest of the building. The apartment felt safe and secure, in a nice quiet end of the promenade . There are shutters also for the windows for extra security. Everyone we met going in and out of the building were really friendly. And Roberto, the owner was great, and gave us lots of tips for restaurants, many of which we enjoyed. We would definitely recommend this, and hope to visit again one day. X

La ubicación y el poder descansar sin calor y sobretodo sin ruido

La ubicación es perfecta, el apartamento como se describe en la web, la comunicación con el propietario perfecta. Nos vamos satisfechos.

Perfektní lokalita přímo na začátku promenády. Vše velmi blízko dostupné pěšky. Obchod, restaurace, pláž do pár minut chůze. Byt byl čistý a hezky zařízený. Komunikace s majitelem perfektní.

Excenelnte piso muy nuevo, y con todos los accesorios para un buen alojamiento. El dueño muy amable y simpático. Sin duda un acierto.

El alojamiento está en una zona ideal, junto al mar y a un paso del centro, temperatura ideal, siempre corre el viento, no hemos necesitado el aire acondicionado, nada de ruido, una estancia muy agradable….si hemos tenido cualquier duda, Roberto, el propietario, a contestado enseguida y ha sido muy amable

Great location. Near to shops, restaurants and bus stops and very close to the beach. Unfortunately no availability in the underground car park below apartment block.

Really nice place. Owners all ways answer any questions with in 5 minutes and had no hot water by accident and he was so so sorry and offered late check out. He all so when we booked he came back saying flat was ready for us , when we wanted. Could have ask for more. Thank you for your services.and making it easy to see the world
