Reservamos dos días . Tuvimos que dejar el alojamiento un día antes y se dejó antes de las 11 debido al temporal que impedía que si nos quedáramos no podríamos coger nuestro vuelo con normalidad . Se habló con booking y ellos enviaron emial a la recepción . El recepcionista nos dijo que había hablado con el departamento y que estaba todo correcto pero que dejáramos la habitación antes de las 11 . Lo hicimos así y para nuestra sorpresa es que se han lavado las manos alegando que esto no fue así incluso cuando se les envía los emails de prueba . Súper desilusionado con la estancia en este hotel . Desde luego no repetimos

They have their own ski rental in the basement, which was very convenient. A bit more expensive than other rentals around.

This was a disappointment. I went with my 10 yo son, for a ski trip. This is not ski in / out. You have to walk through the village to get to the lifts. Which is long for kids on ski boots. Also, the door to our room had a gap underneath, we could hear every person walking by, I could hear every word from the people in the room next door. We visited the kids spa, which is a chaos! Not at all spa, more like a crazy kid´s pool with a slide. They have a parking, but it is expensive and super narrow. Very difficult to drive a medium size car down there. I could not reach the hotel on booking.com to get answers to simple questions, as they're closed during the weekends. But worse: I had one simple request for our stay, which was for a view towards the slopes. They gave us the opposite, even though this was off season and the hotel was not at all full. The reception staff also need a smiling course, they don´t make you feel welcome. I´m coming back to Sierra Nevada, but staying at another hotel next time.

Ubicación inmejorable, buenas instalaciones, gimnasio, spa, personal de cafetería super amable. La posibilidad de dejar el equipaje después del checkout. Desayuno variado (menos el café horrible).

Las habitaciónes no están insonorizadas, se escucha todo de las habitaciones vecinas, no dormimos nada ya que teníamos una familia al lado tosiendo toda la noche, las cortinas no cierran del todo y pasa la luz desde la calle. La limpieza podría mejorar, había suciedad en la alfombra y en el baño, una pena.
