. Could not provide iron due to security rules which is not acceptable by customers because other hotel usually provides . Bed sheets and towels are so old needs to be renewed

I wanted to share my amazing experience on Booking.com and staying at the wonderful hotel in sakarya. The booking process on the website was easy and efficient, and the team's communication with me was excellent. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the reception was very enjoyable, and the service I received was undoubtedly the best ever. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the overall service in the facility was excellent. There is no doubt that this hotel will be my first choice in the future when I plan to travel to this wonderful city. Many thanks to the wonderful team at the hotel for an unforgettable experience

Standard cookie-cutter hotel geared to business travelers, too thin walls typical of Turkish hotels, and weekend families with rowdy children. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of hot/cold dishes, fruits, pastries, etc. It was a very good rate with what I paid for what I got.

Maybe I didn't look in every closet/cabinet but an iron in the room would have been nice.

I miss my ipad after check out and the hotel keep it in a safe place and Rouge called me to pick it up, kind gesture from them

There is no isolation between the rooms and it is possible to hear the sound of room cleaning in the morning and the sound of 🔞 in the evening
