Great location (little hard to find) shops bars etc in easy reach. Facilities excellent and able to drop bags before check-in time. No issues

Booking.com customer service for flights was/is terrible. Worst travel experience in 35 years. Forced to pay £2.7k at check-in. Shame on you booking.com!

Location is good and clean

Shower water very small and the heater sometimes on and off. Downstair room smelly because of the bathroom and the electric plug in the room didin’t work at all
