"They won't keep your reservation"

These people don't even check this app, they didn't honor my reservation and ended up paying almost twice as much at an overpriced hotel I was lucky to find. They really couldn't care less, basically told me I was on my own. They don't seem to understand what a reservation means. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them.
