AUThe Resort was pretty nice, swimming pools but, we didn’t use them because there was an extra cost 🤷🏻♀️
Dirty space, a saw cockroaches, we had to pay extra fee PER NIGHT because of an admin and cleaning fee but we were told at the end that we were getting our IDs back if the place was clean 🤷🏻♀️. This extra fee was not announced either before the booking or before arriving, just when we arrived to the property, without it, we were not able to to the check in. Extra cost was 1000 Philippines Pesos per night
QAThis is the first time I encountered Booking from the Booking.com. I had already paid online, but upon reaching the location, they asked for an admin fee of 1500 pesos, bringing the total cost to almost 3000 pesos. I would have preferred booking a hotel, a much nicer one than this property. The property owner, agent, or caretaker informed us that we cannot stay unless we pay an admission fee of 1,500 pesos. When I contacted Booking.com, they instructed me not to pay and mentioned they would reach out to the property owner. Despite multiple calls, the property owner’s contact number was unresponsive, causing delays in communication. I made several calls before arriving at the property, but unfortunately, there was no response. Very bad experience. The room is far different from what they posted on Booking.com. The mattress is very old, and I’m not comfortable sleeping on it. The curtain on the window did not fit properly. There’s still space for light to enter, which is very disruptive when sleeping and uncomfortable in terms of privacy from the outside.

Firstly the room showed in the listing was not the room we received there was hidden charges on arrival so the price doubled the location is not as it states on the property details once in the complex it’s very difficult to get taxis or grab car, traffic is terrible there’s no sari stores close. The property has exposed wires and sockets very dangerous with children. The staff at front desk are incredibly rude and made us wait outside on checkout in the heat with my 5 year old daughter and would not help to arrange a taxi avoid this property at all cost
