Pillows where so uncomfortable, I didn’t think music would be a big issue as the previous reviews but I was wrong. Music is loud and goes until 4-5 am. Hot tub is always empty if you do want to use it you have to fill up yourself and they close at 10

This is a great property. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. The room was clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked. The pool area was fantastic!

There is a bit of noise from a bar nearby, but it wasn't too bad.

The place is very modern, and spacious, but we found the furniture to be uncomfortable and the noise was horrible, all night long , music very loud and couldn’t sleep without ear plugs, Erica at the front desk was very nice and the security men also very nice

My husband and I stayed here the last week of January. We travel a lot, and we both agree this is the best rental property we've ever booked! - Steven was friendly and extremely responsive (usually within 5 minutes of sending a message). He always very accommodating to any requests. Great host! - The condo itself was very clean and well taken care of. It was very spacious and had lovely furnishings. It was very cozy and comfortable for a 5-day stay. It has all of the amenities you need (bath and beach towels, toiletries, cookware etc). Netflix and a washing machine were amazing bonuses! - The very large private balcony was a big plus, as was the view of the pool area, which was generally very quiet. We had the pool to ourselves 4 of the 5 days! - There is a concierge on site 24/7 and the building feels very secure. It's in a great location that is within walking distance to everything - restaurants, Walmart, the beach and marina. Overall, we had an excellent stay and I would HIGHLY recommend this airbnb to anyone visiting Cabo San Lucas.
