The accommodation environment can be improved. Many facilities are broken and the internet is not working. There are also a lot of small cockroaches! The customer service staff is also very bad.

We were bitten during our sleep all over body on our first night stay. So we could stay , we checked out instead of 2 nights stay .!!!! Miserable stay !!

property isnt that clean. pillows are brown - signs of too many usage beforehand, and towels are not white, and looks old. shower screen was brown at the bottom

The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, living room area is very spacious too. Bed was very comfortable. Very enjoyable stay, would highly recommend for families or friend groups, and would stay here again if we visit Melaka again.

The water too small to bath need to improve for this
