Bright apartment in Gran Vía with balconies INF2Iz3

La ubicacion

No me agrado ...que no hubiese nada de cafe, azucar, te o agua a modo de bienvenida al llegar al depto ...cosa que sí ocurrio en cualquiera de los alojamientos ocupados en varios destinos de europa

Tesisin konumu Gran via caddesinin bir arka sokağında.Yürüyerek bütün meşhur yerlere gidiliyor.

Duşakabin çok küçük zor hareket ediyorsun içinde.

The Location was the best thing about this place,, very centered in the heart of the City and walking distance to shopping area, nice restaurants and supermarket and the apartment has all amenities needed (except Air conditioning in the bedroom )

The Bedroom has no Air conditioning but only a ceiling fan, the AC was only located in the living area and it was not powerful enough to cool the bedroom which was a very annoying part and couldn't provide comfort to sleep also the walls are not sound proof and often heard a lot of noise from the neighbor apartment also also foot shower is very small and hot water pressure is not the best

La ubicación del departamento es buena porque esta cercano a todo. De parte de los anfitriones hubo buena atención previa y durante la estancia. Todo en el departamento funcionó correctamente.

El cubrecama del sofá cama y el sofá mismo no estaban limpio, al igual que cobertores que encontramos en los closets. Algunos muebles y decoración ya necesitan ser renovados ya que se encuentran manchados, rotos o raspados. Solo tiene aire acondicionado en la sala y no en la habitación.

Spacious and GREAT location

Good Location for all major sites in Madrid. Easy 10-20 walk to major sites. Market next door. Great pedestrian shopping only blocks away. Nice wardrobe.

Electronic entry never did work. Was let into building after 20 minutes in rain only when a tenant exited. After multiple attempts and time on phone, the contact was able to unlock the door remotely. Took about 1 hour. Keys inside and never did get remote entry to function. Balcony is only 12 inches deep. Bedside light not functioning. No extras except salt. 1 trash bag and limited soap for 2 week stay. Dishwasher door could not be opened. would hit another door handle. Same with cabinet door. not usable.

A nice apartment in a super location in the heart of Madrid. It has all necessary things in it, including all the kitchen stuff. Cozy and pleasant to stay. We liked it a lot)
