Parking perfect

There was no water to bath,flush the toilets and to drink had to use a 5 litre backet to bath the pool was dirty the was no wifi as mentioned it was dity with tins and bottles of alcohol in front of the door

I didn't stay at this place. When I arrived to check in, I was told that the rooms were fully booked, and they cannot accommodate me. I contacted Booking.com and spoke to Deakon Exekiel P. He promised to refund me my full Booking money because it wasn't my fault that they couldn't accommodate me. Today marks the 8th day ever since that saga but I have not been refunded my money.

I have pay for nothing they didn't accommodate me

Nothing , because I was phone and told that i must contact booking .com for a refund because they are fully booked

There is nothing that I liked about it

Everything the place isn't what they advertise the rooms are not what one sees on the app. When I got there I found the place more like a brothel it's not really good and I don't feel safe at all

I couldn’t check in

I couldn’t check in. Was told that they don’t use booking.com. They told me that I should ask for my money back. I had to look for another place to sleep in. I was not impressed at all. I’m still waiting for my money back.

Nothing

On arrival they said they going to cancel our accommodation because we used booking.com and not their invoice. Booking.com was the cheapest. So they cancel and worker need to return to Jhb. This was not refundable booking and I was promise a refund from booking.com and still waiting for this to happen

The guest house needs to refund us the money as they had not space for us to stay and told us to go and find alternative accommodation.

Please refund our accommodation.

Nothing at all!

The place is in downtown with brothels,the whole street is full of sex workers, people are not dressed. It's very intimidating. I couldn't even go inside, people were staring outside, all kinds of people and some drunk. I drove pass and had to go look for another place. My security was questioned. As a woman I didn't feel safe at all.
