There was nothing we didn't like.

The property was a real suprise being on an estate just outside the town centre. The property is well laid out and welcoming. There is every convenience that you will need with a landing area outside your room that is effectively a second room. There is an excellent breakfast brought to you and put outside your room for you to enjoy at your leisure. The appearance of balloons, bunting, card and birthday cake was a lovely suprise on our return!

The bedroom is reached by a spiral staircase which would be difficult to negotiate if you are not good on your legs.

The breakfast was fantastic and an excellent selection and Nicky and Mark couldn’t have been better hosts.
