L’appartamento molto bello e pulito con tutte le comodità!!

Che tutte le volte che dovevo uscire o rientrare a casa avevo paura di rischiare la vita!!! Propio nella via di casa e’ una zona degradata..ci sono prostitute,spacciatori,risse (addirittura si sono colpiti con un macete ) polizia e ambulanze che intervengono in continuazione. Passato 4 notti a non dormire…mi stupisco come booking posso proporre un appartamento in una via del genere !!!!!! Vergognoso!!!

El dto tenía de todo, no le faltaba nada, aparte súper iluminado y tranquilo. Simplemente me encantó. René súper atento, nos adelantó el horario del check in.

L'appartamento è perfetto sotto ogni aspetto! Ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno anche lungo. È in una posizione centrale, a 3 minuti a piedi dal mercato centrale, nonostante la centralità è in una via tranquilla e silenziosa. Il proprietario non lo abbiamo conosciuto di persona, ma è stato sempre presente, dalla prenotazione e per tutta la vacanza. Ha sempre risposto nell'immediato ai messaggi, anche solo per un consiglio sui ristoranti. È stato tutto perfetto!

The apartment is clean and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is well-equipped. The host, Rene, is kind and helpful, always available via phone or WhatsApp if needed. The apartment is located very close to the city market and shops where you can buy delicious local products.

The appartment is very spacious and has great daily light. The host, Mr Rene is amazing one, he is taking care of his guests in the most appropriate manner.

Central location to modt sites in Valencia Rene responded promptly to all our emails with helpful suggdstions

Would have appreciated a city map and kocal restaurant menues, however Rene did give us sime recomendations

The apartment is big enough for 2 adults and one child or 3 adults. The bathroom and kitchen are well equipped in a small space. Wi-Fi is fast. The Smart TV has apps you can log into to find your favorite movies/shows just like at home. It is close (5-10 minutes walk) to the central market and the old town. Acoustic insulation is sufficient given the relatively quiet area. Independent key retrieval/return at check-in/check-out. Home temperature can be set independently.

Apparently the accommodation cost in Valencia is high, and this apartment is not an exception. You may be able to find more affordable accommodations further from the city center, but close to a metro station for quick and inexpensive transportation. The neighbourhood is clean, but mixed. While the overall atmosphere is pleasant, one should be aware of encountering a diverse mix of street activities here at night.
