The cottage was beautiful, well-organized, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the overall concept was lovely. Plus, they provide a free shuttle to the ski resort, which was very convenient. Highly recommended!

pathway to the cottage was not well-cleared of snow, making it slippery, and the garden was completely inaccessible due to the snow buildup. Housekeeping was only available every other day, and despite requesting extra towels multiple times, they were not provided. Additionally, the water heater kept breaking down, requiring maintenance visits each time.
