Amazing Two Bedroom Apartment - SR

Flat was perfect. Clean and perfect place to stay. Comfy beds and every facility available. We took advantage of the wine bar underneath but no pizzas as trying to find a chef. Easy access to town and beach etc

Personally the stairs as I have a disability.. The front door was impossible to open and close so needed help. Would have liked a chair to sit on.

The flat was in general comfy and in a good location for us to come back to after an event.

There were a number of things that I feel could be better. There is a lack of attention to detail in the flat. - crack in shower tray. - lack of curtains in bedrooms. In the summer months means the rooms are very bright until late at night and then early the next morning. This did affect our sleep. - no washing up bowl in the kitchen and the plug doesn't push down to block off plughole so makes washing dishes difficult. - number of dishes were dirty also. - stains to the carpets in multiple areas. - velux windows were filthy. - dust and hair on mirror in bedroom - No information on the flat being above a pub that's open late. - front door sticks and porch damaged/collapsing. There is several small things here that could make the place better fairly easily and quickly.

The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and furnished and very well maintained. It was a few minutes walk to the station so no need to use the car.

Very trivial things - the kitchen sink plug/trap didn't work so difficult to wash the crockery. The front door maybe needs some WD40 as the key is very very stiff.

Location turned out to great, downstairs' was a bar was really nice very friendly people and the beer was very good kitchen sink taps loose

Nothing was a brilliant short break

Was very clean inside everything was there for your stay as well .very nice pub below.

The only thing I would suggest is put a microwave in kitchen would be handy for guests. Another thing the TV in the rear of flat didn't work .otherwise all appliances were there.

The appartment was amazing. A lovely cosy well decorated space. Plenty of amenities and close to all of the shops, restaurants and others. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and well presented. Everything matched as per the pictures. Shop and restaurant right across the corner, quiet neighborhood

Point 1 - Boilers were off and the house got to 7 degrees temperature. With a young child, I needed to turn on the heating, which wouldn't come on. We tried to call the host, who didn't answer when I called them so I had to ring the emergency number and they were also unable to help until we reached level 2 support. There should be better description of how to turn on the heating especially in autumn/winter time. Point 2 - I left the property on October 15th and realized the day after that my daughter forgot her shoes and we forgot the bed rail. Tried to contact the host to ask for a way to collect these items. It is now the 18th of December (over 2 months later) and after 7 messages without reply, I am not hopeful my daughter will ever get her slippers back and we had to buy a new bed rail for her. All in all, shocking communication and customer service

The shower plug hole was not letting water Go down find that was not cleaned out there hair stuck. We had to clean it out Al's fan. Over the hot plat was not cleaned full of dust. No. Microwave

Quiet location, walking distance to centre. Bus stop outside. Shop across road. Netflix

Stains and hairs on bedding, duvet cover and sheets and mattress.Door handle stiff and struggled to lock door. Crumbs and dirty patch on living room floor. Snot on front of bathroom sink. Stain bathroom carpet. Bottom fitted sheet on son’s bed inside out. Son suffers with anxiety and ocd so was very stressful for him. Rang letting agent about door and sent photos but nothing got changed.
