A lovely little apartment in a beautiful location. Check-in was simple (there is a key box), and the host is friendly and contactable via WhatsApp. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms quiet (at the back of the apartment, away from street noise). There's no outside space, but there is a very pretty view of the town and surrounding mountains from the living room. Be aware that there is a steep climb from the station if arriving by train with luggage, as the apartment is situated towards the top of the village, but this is what gives it the great views, and it is super convenient for all the local amenities (shops, bars, restaurants, swimming pool). Easy to reach from Malaga airport by train (C1 and then C2 commuter line).

Great location in a very pretty town. The owner is very reactive and gives you the information for the keys before you arrive. The apartment is clean, tidy and contains everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are very spacious and comfy and the kitchen is well stocked. We forgot a personal item in the apartment and the owners send it back to us within a week.

The apartment had excellent facilities; refrigerator/freezer, nice laundry area as you enter, bedroom in the back away from street noise, and a comfortable TV room . The host left a bottle of Tempranillo for us -it was excellent! Thank you very much. The apartment is a short walk to the main street where there are coffee shops, restaurants and bars. If you are interested in visiting the Arab fortress it is about a 20-25 minute walk away. Alora is a hill town, so expect some fairly steep up and down streets as you walk around. We had an excellent dinner at Casa Abilio. Also, the friendly proprietor at a local coffee shop not far from the apartment,, Bar Casa Pinto, had us sample some excellent local olive oil. We had a car for our trip. The streets in Alora are tight and steep. Parking is across the street , but if the first lot is full, then you have to go further up the hill to find a place. It was no problem for us because we pack light. But, if you have heavy luggage it may be a challenge. Alora is a good staging town if you plan to visit the Camanito del Rey. It’s about an hours drive through some windy roads. The Camanito del Rey was a real highlight of our trip!

Las camas son muy cómodas y la limpieza muy buena. Nos dejaron unas bebidas en el frigo y cápsulas de café, azucarillos, infusiones... El anfitrión muy atento.

La TV de la habitación no sintonizaba bien, pero realmente no la necesitábamos...

Spotless, Comfortable, catered for everything.

.Nos encantó la casa!! Está muy bien situada, en una zona tranquila pero cerca de todo. Es muy cómoda y no le faltaba ningún detalle. Todo estaba limpísimo y el propietario fue encantador y muy atento con nosotros. Nos sentimos como en casa. Sin duda, repetiríamos encantados.
