The location was good with shops and attractions being only a short drive or walk away.

The condition of the house itself was far below basic standard. Surfaces, bathrooms and bedding were extremely dirty with dirt, grime, dust and other people's hair. There were a number of appliances present most of which were broken as well as dirty. There was also a great deal of damage to the walls throughout the property. The property also smelt quite strongly of damp due to a wet mop and damp sheets being left in a downstairs cupboard to dry. And upon emptying the bin one night we found something rotten at the bottom under the bin liner that also contributed to the general smell of the house. Finally, even though it was stated that a three year old and a one year old would be staying at the property there were absolutely no provisions in place to accommodate them, eg, child locks or stair gates.

Absolutely awful, booked a week before,, arrived and another family were there! Went to their second property absolutely filthy ,went to a third even more filthy, after a long day stayed in the last property, after we cleaned it properly we’re told their cleaners were rubbish and they needed photo evidence. Don’t book they do not care at all just want your money! Absolute disgrace! Ive used booking.com for years and never left a bad review until now! Owners should be ashamed!
