HUWarm water with good pressure, big bathroom and spaces in the apartment big, comfortable bed,quick and no issues check in and out. Total self catering. ( I haven't seen anybody coming in two weeks stay to change towels or bed sheets or empty the garbage but the disposal room close to the apartment was always very clean. Clean and safe hotel ( the apartment is part of hotel Mercur) Walkable distance to the markets, city center.
The noise(there is a main road with an infernal traffic day and night and a construction site in the nearby), the air polution, the really dirty and steined sofa and chairs in the kitchen, the luck of kitchen ustensile despite of being arvertised with full functional kitchen, the bad shower, bad bum gun, no functioning TV. Overpriced.

It was not really sea view as half of the view obstructed by the building. Still you can enjoy it. The kettle looks so old, rusty not safe to use it. No parking provided.
