The staff ( and i would like to single out Divina and Erika) at the front desk were great. Very welcoming , making sure I was comfortable and helped in choosing the best room for my needs. The location is perfect between Georgetown , The Golden Triangle and the GWU campus. The room and bathroom was spacious , well furnished and extremely comfortable.

The gym was unfortunately not up to the standard of the rest of the property. It was dark , cramped with older equipment.

The location of this hotel is very nice, as is the style of the building and the facilities they offer. It is easy to walk around, Trader Joe's right around the corner, and nearby many nice restaurants, and where my work seminar was being held. The staff were very wonderful and super accommodating. The building felt safe and clean. It was overall a very pleasant experience.

I thought that the hotel room itself had some annoying quirks. Several light sources that I could not seem to unplug or block out when I wanted my room to be dark. One of those annoying fridges stocked with overpriced items rendering it completely useless. I would much prefer an empty mini fridge for my own use. The iron and coffee maker both had old stale water in them when I went to use them. It felt a bit gross not knowing how long the water had been left in there and had a noticeable smell. I'd rather find those items clean and dry so that I can add my own water. I feel like for the very high price tag of this hotel these quirks are unacceptable.
