Personalen var underbar så vänliga, trevliga och serviceminded. Det var rent och fräscht. Solaiman TACK för all hjälp och Mohammed vilket fint jobb ni gör era gäster! Middagen vi åt på hotellet var det godaste vi åt på hela resa.

Kanske inte hotellets fel men det var kallt och vi frös hela veckan. Äta frukost på hotelltaket funka väl påklädd om det var soligt men fortfarande kallt. Ingen uppvärming i gemensamhetsutrymmen. Varför inte elda i öppna spisen? Vårt rum var 7 grader när vi kom men värmdes snart upp. Kanske man kunde satt på värmen när vi beräknade att landa? Vi skulle nog skattat högre som andra gäster om det inte vore så kallt och det kan man ju egentligen inte lasta Riad Chafia för. Värmen och omtanken från personalen värmde dock i ett kyligt väder.
