"Great Hotel but with urgent needs to train some of their receptionists"

"great location with wonderful staff in accommodating clients"

Staff is very friendly and helpful especially Mr.SULTAN ABDULRASHEED, Ms. ENÜS KOÇ, and Ms. BERRAK BAHAR where they go out of their way to make the client comfortable.

"Wrong hotel adress"

Room size. Location. Bed was good. Bedding was clean. Towels and bathroom was good.

Booking.com has the wrong address for the hotel. Google has the wrong address for the hotel. We wasted 2 hrs at night finding this hotel. The hotel knows this, but they did not inform us. The room AC was nonfunctional, although Management said it was working. The bathroom sink was loose. This is still not a
