Roberto est un hôte très agréable et de bons conseils. La localisation permet de faire des visites variées, nous avons autant fait de la randonnée entre le lac d’Orta et le lac Majeur que la visite de Milan.

En haute saison, on doit entendre les allés et venues des voisins.

"Convenient to lakes (15m) & airport (40m), quiet & comfortable with wonderful staff & amenities."

Nice protected parking space off street and very large very comfortable beds. Very large shower. Helpful staff/owner. This is a room in a multi-room hosted apartment (owner does not stay on site, only other guests if any). Blackout curtains and insulated windows very much appreciated. Coffee and light breakfast were wonderful (even though we didn't show up on time). Towel warmer a great touch. 15 minutes from Arona on the lake, and 40 minutes from MXP Malpensa airport.

Shower could use a shelf or stool inside the (large!) shower to put shampoo and other shower supplies on. While apartment is on a busier street and has a 24/7 flashing bright LED sign across the street, the owner has provided blackout curtains and the window/sliding door sound insulation is very very good. Desk for makeup/remote work is also the coffee station, so is a bit small/too crowded to be usable.
