ZAZAI cant place a review as we were turned back and told that our booking wasn't recieved. From my side a confirmation email was received. The lady at reception denied us entry even when we showed her our confirmation and proof of payment
The lady was rude, didn't even try calling the manager or owner. We were left stranded, had to make calls for alternative arrangements. She wasn't even helpful when we asked how we'd get our refund. How do you advertise room availability on the app when you're already fully booked????
ZAIt has been advertised as though they will serve some breakfast buy there's no such. The attendance was good but a lot is contrary to your adverts. Please try your utter initiatives to access the places running under your line of business. Those people have no respect for tenants and worst part they make a noise throughout the entire night. I hope this finds you well, thank you so much for your great adverts making it easy foe Travellers although the treatment is not what one would expect in accordance with how you put those people on map.
