"Bad"

Scum.

Owner was no where to be seen. Contact number not reachable. I spent 4 hours trying to get access to the villa. Eventually booking informed me that my booking was cancelled without notice. My holiday was ruined as I had to find alternative accommodation with 3 children at night. Boiling above 30 degrees. Villa was paid for well before we travelled to marrakech.
