The staff are friendly and very helpful. There is free airport pick-up, free buggy to go to the beach, free daily laundry and free transport to Sonasea Night Market for food and shopping which is 10 min away. The building is new and room neat and tidy. The staff goes out of their way to please and the room rates are very cheap.

Nice lady at the reception. Walkable distance to the beach. Free electric cars (need to fix back seats) and bicycles. Change towels everyday. Cleaning every day as well Little cafe on the 1st floor with beef pho. Free laundry

The shuttle didn't pick us up from the airport (they forgot about us) and when we asked for a drop off to the airport ,they said it would be 150 000vnd but it must be free (as promo) . anyway they dropped us off for free. Electric cars were not charged sometimes. Stuff do not speak English and it is hard to explain what we need. The lady who was a receptionist did some cooking,cleaning tables and other things around. So sometimes you need to wait a long time . It's hard for one person( please hire more people). But she was always polite, friendly and helpful ❤️ The window locker was broken (we mentioned it but nobody fixed it). Windows were dusty (do not open curtains!) . The safe was not screwed to the wall/floor.so I do not understand how it would protect our stuff if everyone could take it out. No sponge, cleaning soap in the kitchen or extra garbage bags ( but at the end of our stay they put 1 sponge and the cleaning lady forgot some garbage bags. I think it must be all time under the sink). Also it would be nice to have some iron ,the iron desk and the broom (vacuum) in the apartment. Just clean up the floor by ourselves during the day (we had small kids). Oh please put bigger cups /mugs please.and please check how sharp your knife is... impossible to cut. Also , I would like to see an exchange board (electronic)with the current rate in reception. It would be nice if we could buy some sim cards , a swimming jacket for kids, and sand toys right in the hotel. And I would recommend putting more bakery in the cafe at least in the morning. It will get nice to eat some bun or muffins with coffee (again bigger mugs please) We wish you the best wishes !

The apartment, building and facilities were all great. No complaints at all. Stagg were welcoming and super helpful, providing free airport transfers, and personal use of golf carts for local transport.

The location...the building is surrounded by a number of other vacant buildings. It almost feels apocalyptic looking out. It might be that as tourism increases, especially around the marina area, this will improve. Luckily it's only a 10/15 min walk to a nice beach (near the sailing club), or 15 minute grab to a more livelier section of beach.

Very kind staffs and very clean. I liked so much stayed here during my travel.

The room is big and clean ，and the host is very helpful ，bathroom have jacuzzi and they provide buggy and laundry services with free of charge

Our stay here was incredible. The apartment was modern and spacious. Huge TV and the nicest bathroom so far in Asia. The bed was by far the most comfortable too. The staff go out of their way to ensure you have all you need with daily housekeeping, free bikes and golf buggy lifts and laundry all complimentary. There isn't much around but you can walk along the beach to a small night market (open all day too) to get authentic Vietnamese food plus bars for more upmarket dining. If we visit the island again we will be sure to book here.

The staffs are all friendly. Immediately assist us to solve all kind of issues, like drive us to the night market nearby, rent the motorcycles, call the grab and so on. Once we met some issues, dial the number to the counter, then the staff would just show up in front of the room! This kind of service really make us impressive. That’s the wonderful accommodation experience in Phu Quoc!

I would like to have access to a laundry room and do my own laundry.

A new hotel with an amazing manager named Mr J. He helped us with everything we needed and drove us around to the supermarket and night market with the electric shuttle. The rooms are new, clean, and comfortable. It gets clean regularly, and the staff brings new water bottles every day. The shower is the best one we ever had all over South East asia! The 2 bedroom room includes a kitchen in which you can cook, and the supermarket is 5 min drive from the hotel. There are grab taxi drivers that can take you everywhere on the island. Grab food deliveries also arrive at the hotel. Everything was very convenient for families with young kids. We would happily come again🥰

The pool is not underneath the window, as shown in the picture, but 100 meters away from the building. It is not so bad, though. Only 1 min walk. Additionally, take into consideration that there are no restaurants or shops in walking distance. The hotel is located in the middle of a beautifully constructed European style neighburhood, with buildings that are still 90% unoccupied and you have to go by car. All considered, it is still a great value for the price paid. For staying at the island center, you will have to settle on a smaller room or pay a lot more.

This hotel was an incredible value for the price! It’s like a 5-star hotel, but at a much more affordable price. The room condition was top-notch, and its location near the beach made it so convenient to enjoy the ocean. The beach, Long Beach, was perfect for a relaxing swim without feeling crowded. Plus, it was close to the night market, making dining options super easy. Our family of four (two adults and two kids) found it to be the perfect choice for a family trip. The staff were incredibly kind, and the complimentary laundry service and free shuttle to the night market were unforgettable touches. Choosing this hotel over nearby 5-star options was the best decision we made. If you’re looking for great value for your money, I highly recommend this hotel—you won’t regret it! I’d definitely stay here again!
