Nice place, good location

long and complicated check in (all guests have to Check in and sign documents online. For a company with team its not possible. I askes explicetly for an invoice upfront. They can not provide a proper invoice. I would never recommend renting this if you're a company.

The location was good, close to Metro. Good supermarkets were nearby and some nice wine bars.

The apartment was in poor repair and was grubby on some doors and walls. The 'main bathroom' was very small and had black mould around the base of the shower. Door frame was damaged, not sure the extractor fan worked. Cabinets in the kitchen on one side were in a poor state. I think it was very overpriced for what we had in the apartment.

אין מזגנים בחדרי שינה למעט חדר הורים. יש מאווררים וזה לא נוח בחום הלוהט של אוגוסט. אם היינו יודעים לא היינו לוקחים את הדירה. המקלחת נסתמת בכל פעם שמשתמשים בה. המיטה בחדר הורים לא נוחה בכלל, עם שיפוע. המזגן במטבח מטפטף לתוך כלי שצריך לרוקן כל הזמן ולא ידענו את זה אז המיים עלו על גדותיהם ישירות לרצפה.

❌ Extremely disappointing — avoid if possible Our stay here was one of the worst experiences during our entire trip. The apartment has serious maintenance issues that made it uncomfortable and frustrating to stay in. • One of the beds was completely broken and unusable on the first night. Although it was eventually repaired the next evening, we couldn’t use the bed for the first night — which directly affected our rest and travel plans. • Only one of the four rooms had air conditioning. The other three were extremely hot — unbearable in Madrid’s summer heat. • Many facilities were in poor condition: the bathroom drain was clogged, water pressure was weak, and the showerhead was partially blocked, making it hard to bathe comfortably. • The kitchen utensils were greasy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly — we had to rewash everything before use. The most frustrating part was the staff’s attitude: unhelpful, unfriendly, and unwilling to resolve the problems. Even after we requested a partial refund for the broken bed and lack of comfort, it was completely refused. It’s clear that this apartment is poorly maintained and the hosts have no intention of making improvements. If you can, avoid staying here. It was by far the most disappointing accommodation of our entire trip.
