I was not given adequate access to the unit. The host gave me one access code for entry and one to exit. I requested additional access codes to exit to buy food and visit the surroundings. These were provided the following day. The code that was provided didn't work at the security gate and I was refused access after exiting to buy food. The host didn't respond to calls during this distressing time. I was almost forced to sleep in my car. What a night.

The host Romano made our check in and check out as smooth as possible.... And provided access codes to the gate of the estate well in advance to enable us to exit and enter the estate with no hassles... It is an exceptional venue.....You will not be disappointed
